SO I had my request for AC in the request off book and was hoping I would one of the lucky FEW to get the 4th of July off this year. I was apperiantly mistaken. I got called into the office about the middle of my shift and informed that NO ONE is getting that weekend off. so for those of my friends expecting to see me at AC this year... doubt I will make it. and I can't call off that day... it's one of those if you don't show... "YOU'RE FIRED!" kinda days... I love my job... just hate some of the stupid rules. wear your tail in pride Bolo Cutefox
Ugh, that blows. The same fate has fallen upon a few friends that work at Giant around here for the 4th. You'll be missed at AC! I don't think I would wanna work at a job that restricts when you can take off work(unless it's a holiday like Christmas or Thanksgiving - that is all we are limited to not taking off for at Panera).
Call out dead... or just look through the big book of polish names and say something along the lines of "Im having my treatment for Skovoski Syndrome done that weekend"
